It’s No Joke is a book produced in support of the Bus Shelter MK. It is dedicated to the memory of Fabian Bayet, who sold the Big Issue in Stony Stratford for almost twenty five years.

Unveiling of portrait Fabian Bayet

The book was launched with the unveiling of a portrait of Fabian on the site of his former Big Issue pitch at the entrance to Cofferidge Close.

The jokes in It’s No Joke were written by Tony, who appears on the cover. The book contains black and white portraits of homeless people before and after being told a joke.

Bus Shelter MK

There are several reasons to buy this book. The jokes are good: some a bit corny, some a bit cheeky. The photography is excellent. 100% of the profit from sales of the book is going to The Bus Shelter, which is doing a great job for the homeless in Milton Keynes.
